In East Lothian, you can discuss your child with a Speech and Language Therapist from the team. To seek advice please phone the telephone helpline on 0131 446 4136 on Tuesdays from 1.30pm – 4pm.
Drop-in
If your child is under 4 years old and you have concerns or questions about their listening and/or talking, you can come along to a drop-in session to meet a Speech and Language Therapist and learn some fun ways to help your child.
Let’s Talk for Little Ones
We are now pleased to be able to offer Let’s Talk for Little Ones webinars online! These webinars are aimed at parents, to give information and ideas about supporting your child’s language and communication. You will find out about typical language development, as well as learning some strategies and ideas to try at home with your child.
